Emily’s Branding Session

Emily’s Branding Session

“We’re living in a time where people are increasingly more digitally connected, yet paradoxically disconnected. In an age of reality television where profits are valued more than people, we’re seeking real human connection and inspiration more than any other era in history.”

I know I’m super late to the game, but better late than never. I figured what better first post than a recent branding photo shoot I did in the Tamp Bay area.

I had so much fun capturing Emily’s branding photos for her social media outlets. Getting the opportunity to work with empowering women who are making changes not only locally but nationally, is very rewarding. Emily is very genuine and easy to work with. We met up for coffee and discussed the vision of her company, Soul Media Global, needed to represent her company’s branding needs. This is one of my favorite parts when meeting with brands and small businesses. This is the chance I get to truly learn what the business is about, their mission statements and their WHY’s. Hearing why they started and what they represent. Once we finish up, it’s my job to go home and put together all the notes and details from our meeting and put together an outline of our shoot. THEN, the magic happens.

Emily frequently talks at events and conferences. We incorporated some speaking images to represent her authentic self.
Emily is a very busy woman, always on the go. One way she stays centered is through meditation. It was important for me to incorporate this in our session.

Off to our next location, where the SUN WAS JUST SO PERFECT. I love the way the shadows presented them self. It made for the perfect mood and switch of scenes for when Emily is on the go.

Can we say supermodel? L O V E.

I hope you enjoyed this session just as much as I did. Stay tuned for more blog posts and more branding sessions.
